Welcome to the RxWare Patient Journey API

RxWare exposes a set of secure RESTful APIs utilizing standard HTTP methods and stateless interactions to its partners to provide a vendor-agnostic patient journey gateway.

With RxWare, you can connect your different services and vendors through a single patient journey gateway. The RxWare gateway results in a flexible, adaptive patient experience on the go so patients can transition seamlessly between different vendors.

Our APIs help you manage your patient population, offer different vendors and services to patients and caregivers, and receive events and data generated by patients’ actions.

The endpoints on this site offer access to platform features such as inviting a user to complete a piece of the journey and updating the user on their status throughout.

In addition to the RxWare Patient Journey API, we also have different sets of documentation resources for some specific use cases (i.e., custom reporting endpoints, SFTP file exchange, Salesforce plugin) and are happy to provide these upon request; please send us a request at support@rxware.io.
