Support Program Setup βš™οΈ

To roll out your support program via RxWare’s API we’ll need to agree on several topics below. Your RxWare technical contact will help guide you through this process.

For each program, partners must provide both sandbox and production Support Program IDs, which should be 36-digit alphanumeric numbers of your choosing.

Support Program Metadata

Organization ID – We will provide your organization with a unique identification number, to call our APIs (id attribute in relevant endpoints). This is important for our system to recognize your calls and connect them to the parameters set up in your patient journey(s).

Support Program ID – Each program your organization runs needs its own unique ID to properly specify the patient journey for program users.

      • This ID encompasses all patients, events, and data points.

      • This ID is constant throughout the life of a program, referred to in this documentation by the supportProgramId attribute wherever relevant.

    You will provide RxWare with all patient-facing descriptions, disclaimers, patient consents, qualification questions, and imagery that are relevant to your specific Support Program.

    Patients will interact with those resources in our mobile apps, web pages, or text messages.
